There are 340 olive trees all around the Residence. The owner ( Nicola) is an Olive Oil sommelier and member of International Juries for Olive Oil Awards. We put a lot of attention in our production and our Olive Oil is fully Organic. We will be happy to let you taste our oil upon your arrival.
